We love this place! I have 2 boys, ages 5 and 3 and they could easily spend all day here. It is clean and well-maintained. We felt safe playing here in spite of COVID. Staff are so friendly! We drive from Stafford a few times a month because this place is worth it.

This play place is great but being poorly ran. There is no communication between customers and owners about the open schedule. Lights on, doors locked but can't get let in. Call, and no answer. Hours posted online are not accurate. Hours mentioned on voicemail are not accurate. We have tried to come by several times over the past few weeks with no luck. One time, we were let in only to be told they would be shutting down for a party. Their website states they are now currently shut down for covid, but their voicemail states otherwise. Please update your hours to reflect what they really are.
I went for the first time last week and it was fantastic. I had 3 kids to watch and I could easily keep track of them even when it was a busy Saturday. I’m hoping they come up with half day passes because even though you can come back, trying to do so after naps and before dinner and bedtime is not realistic. Highly recommend, everything was adorable and I definitely wanted to be a kid again!
Tried to bring my children here today for free play. There is an open sign up and a note stating to go to the dance studio to be let in. Waited in the dance studio lobby for someone to come to the front desk for over 30 minutes. Someone finally came up but was too busy on the phone to acknowledge me. They proceeded to walk away and again I waited another 10 minutes. I tried calling both establishments to see if someone could let us in and nothing. Called while in the dance studio and no one comes to the phone whatsoever. Really disappointed especially when the person in charge didn't even acknowledge me waiting there. I am a Hispanic female so maybe that was a factor.
My kids really love this place and exploring all the different play areas. The price is pretty high and a few kids adds up fast! I like that you can go in and out on each day pass and they have bundles to save money.
