The lady in charge for passports it is really rude! She has the badest customers service.. I have go twice for inf.. I asked her name to report her she told me I don't need to know her name! She need to get fired its no the first time being rude and not only to me.

The Lady that works 1st cubicle, is the nastiest most rude and obnoxious, lazy worker ever !!Not sure why they have her there. Everyone ,in town. Says the same thing. She’s the equivalent of the Nazî soup guy. Her personality and attitude are not helpful and the service is horrible Sadly, it’s the nearest court house it’s empty ( I wonder why) Is there anyone you can actually complain to about her ? She’s always the only one there Please Send her to a different location
