EDIT: Got a return call from Scottsburg location and my bad situation has mostly turned around at this point. Katie at the Scottsburg spot is fantastic and a breath of fresh air from the customer service perspective. Cannot get a call back. Given the runaround. Planned a date to open pool and buy new filter and pump and company seemingly doesn’t want our business. Very disappointed in our experience.

Excellent service and staff are very friendly. We bought our in ground pool from them. I buy all my chemicals from there and will continue to do so. They offer free water testing and can help you get your pool or spa water correct
