I went in knowing that I wanted a snake but wasn't sure what species, but what I did know is that I wanted it to be a relatively calm snake. I wanted it to lay on my shoulders and stay there so I can be doing things and it just wraps around me. When I entered, a girl named Natalie helped me reach the conclusion that a ball python would be the best option for what I'm looking for. We started talking about different types of ball pythons and what would be the best fit for me. She seemed quite knowledgable in the subject which is refreshing because I ask a lot of questions. I'll be coming in soon with a final decision after speaking about it with my family :)

Ordered a leopard gecko from them on a Monday with a desired delivery date of Thursday. They said they would be shipping it Wednesday. I finally got a shipping notification on Thursday at 9 PM after attempts to contact via email went unanswered. On Friday I emailed them to let them know my expected delivery date was the following Monday (4 days later and a long time for a juvenile gecko to be in transit). They said they called FedEx and upgraded my shipping for a Saturday delivery but I still never received the gecko until Monday. Further attempts to contact them when I didn’t receive my gecko on Saturday went unanswered again. I have since contacted them several times to ask about what they were feeding prior to shipping and have not received any responses. Would not recommend this company or use them again.
Imperial Reptiles have been awesome in terms of communication, shipping and overall service. Got my baby Cuban Rock Iguana today and it’s beautiful and calm. Looks healthy and is already nibbling on some banana treats. Love it! Wish I could add a photo. Erika in Colorado
Ordered a uromastyx and it came in great condition and right on time. Not to mention the great customer service I got while speaking to them on the phone. Highly recommend if you are looking for reptiles which are harder find.
