Originally referred for chronic hip pain I was cautious about physical therapy. I shouldn't have been. Sheri and Chris are both amazing therapists, providing relief with a calming and encouraging atmosphere. I love the environment with soft music and a fountain. Very soothing. Highly recommend.

I love everyone at In Balance. I take Pilates twice a week from Matty and love her reformer class. My daughter has gone to Chris Drake for Craniosacral Therapy, and my husband has seen Sheri for Physical Therapy. All of the staff are caring and competent. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
