I had the Pescado Inca, and was blown away by the blend of flavor. It's totally unlike what I was expecting, and I'm so glad. The fish was perfectly cooked, and the salsa on top was crunchy and delicious. One must try this place if they enjoy a mix of flavors and textures, cooked to perfection. The decor was very nice. It feels like a home-owned restaurant. And the service gave the same impression: warm and sincere.

Love this place. The food is pretty authentic and so good. Best Peruvian restaurant I've ever been to outside Peru.

Food was incredible. First time I ever had Peruvian food. Its not like anything I have ever eaten before. NOT LIKE MEXICAN. Not even a little. People say "I dont like Mexican food, so I dont want to try Peruvian"... First there is no real Mexican food in America because real Mexican food is awful. Second, Peruvian food shares nothing in common with "Mexican" food. Nothing. its amazing. Everyone should try it at least once. I was very surprised by how different it is from anything else you will find here in Oklahoma.

The appetizer Papa á la Huancaina was aWesome but the main course, pescado á lo macho was not so great. It was a special request (not on the menu). The seafood was not fresh except for the fish. Kind of salty sauce too. Not like the same thing I ate in Peru. If I eat here again it won't be anything with seafood in it. They offered to exchange for something else but I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. I probably won't dine there again because they didn't offer anything in consolation for the old seafood. A beer or something.....

Being part peruvian myself, I know good food when I taste it! Compared to eating in peru, to other peruvian restaurants, and home cooked meals, THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT!! I would recommend to anyone who enjoys savory food. All my non-peruvian friends, adore this type of cuisine. Also, Inca Trail has a friendly atmosphere!
