This place is the best pawn shop in the best pawn shop in the area. They have helped me out tremendously when other pawn shops would only offer half of what they do. They also take the time to get to know you and check in on your family. I won't go anywhere else and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

It's rare to find a pawn shop that actually tries to help people -- why should they? It's the lowest status and last option for loans or resale. But some places, like one or two out of the ten or twenty in a city, sometimes they give a good deal and stretch the rules for regular customers. 23rd Street Pawn is one such shop. Perhaps the only place like it in the Kansas City area. The only pawn shop I've had a consistent experience with -- and they guys that run it are chill af.

These Guy's are the best Pawn shop in metro in my opinion,... always there when i fall short.... Because of the Corona Virus, I lost my job and i have worked to hard to obtain my tools.. ( alot of them purchased from 23rd st pawn).. so selling not really an option, I went to get a loan and they helped me out on numerous occasions, and now that i'm back to work it is one of my favorite places to browse there ever changing inventory of great name brand items.... Thank you for being there....you guys are the best!
