I ordered cinnamon pretzel nuggets and I was given salted. Did ask if I wanted and dipping sauce and the person who was ringing us up acted as if she hated her job.

My friends and I stopped to grab a snack while shopping at Independence Mall...the pretzel bites were very good...a little high on price, but good...the cheese isn't like regular nacho cheese...we ate the pretzels without the cheese...wasted 2.00.

I went there on my moment of a break at the mall, I'm a manager on duty at one of the stores at the mall. And ordered a pretzel bites like I always do with a mall employee sized drink. They didn't give me icing with mine for some reason so I asked for it she told me that it didn't come with it. Its always come with the cinnamon bites before. I had to pay way over what it usually costs me and the lady also was very rude. Her name was Lauren and I think I was over charged for my food, it's never been this much before
