Ordered last week and the box and product was damaged by UPS. Called EC and they asked a few questions and said, \we'll have a replacement on its way.\ This is not the norm with companies today. So happy you guys stand by your product and service. Will be back!

Knowledgeable staff, and the store has everything you need. Prices are a bit higher on grains than others I've seen, but still competitive, equipment and miscellaneous supplies are very well priced and in stock where many places have to special order.
I've enjoyed buying from these guys for years. Always ended up happy.
