Was very straight forward. But not helpful or willing to be helpful. Have a Chinese brand go kart, they have a mini bike of same brand in lobby, and acted like it wasn't worth their time. Told me too go find my own parts and just put it on. I wanted to pay them the they wanted to fix it. If you don't have a 2k cart don't bother coming here.
