Small plates my freaking foot! I got a sushi roll and a combo dinner. Well worth the 30 but I had to toss half of it because I ate so much I was physically ill. I spent 5 days in independence house shopping and let me say that this place was bar none the best food I had the entire time bar none. Legitimately their food is good enough I'd be willing to travel back there from Colorado just to enjoy more.

I've eaten Chinese all over the country. This is my favorite. Love the #1 for 2. 3 different dishes with soup and appetizers. Best egg drop soup anywhere. Egg rolls are great. Peach dipping sauce is different than I've had anywhere else and is a good complement to their uniquely spiced eggrolls.
So so good, like everything is cooked with love. Especially love their moo-goo gai pan best still I've yet to try (lived in Lawrence and ft. Campbell, Norman). Cooked to perfection and the sauce is so good. Super crisp yummy veggies. Soups are very good. Everything is really good but yes, great owners and people too.
Showed up hungry. Ordered ahead. When I showed up they told me they only except cash. 10 for an order of shrimp fried rice. 1 for tax. 3 ATM fee. Come on now. It's 2021.
New to SEK I was happy to find a Chinese food restraunt. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was not friendly or inviting (which seems out of character for this region.) We were not seated or spoken to on arrival just waved on to the next seating area despite a slow lunch hour. Even after speaking to a waitress I began to regret my decision. But the food did look nice. As far as flavor it was not bad but not amazing either. The prices were cheap.
