I'm speaking to the consultation process compared to other centers i visited for consultations. Overall i was disappointed with the attempts of education regarding risks and feel that this is one of those centers that focus on volume. First, the testing here to screen if you're eligible is significantly less thorough than other centers. I've had more thorough examinations for my standard yearly eye exams. The staff, while nice and professional, did not make me feel even remotely as educated as the other consultations i received. The process was quick, easy and painless. But that's just not what i want in an optional, out of pocket, and quality of life only surgery. In my opinion the amount of information you are given is woefully insufficient. Right away they give you a paper to sign applying with a single medical credit card while other centers gave me multiple options to apply to on my own time. This is before eligibility for the procedure is established. This was before asking if i was interested in financing . You do not meet the surgeon and you are not educated about him. In fact they only do surgeries a couple days so this is clearly his side gig. This doesn't definitively say he's bad but it doesn't say he's invested in my outcome either. I had to find the name of my surgeon in the appointment page print off, the doctors listed and pictured inside the packet are not practicing here. I was unable to get a callback after my appointment to follow-up on questions. I called multiple times to only get voicemail.

Thought about this for a long time. Wish I did it years ago. Staff and doctors were absolutely amazing. Procedure was painless and only took about 10 minuets. I highly recommend Lasik plus Cleveland office excellent group. Thank you for giving me my sight back.
Best decision I ever made. The staff was helpful and friendly, and Dr. Thomas was amazing. So different to wake up this morning not having to put on glasses or use contacts to see. Strongly recommend this!
As someone who struggles with medical stuff, I can honestly say this was the best experiences! I’ve had horrible eyesight my whole life, and I’ve always wanted Lasik. I was able to come in for my consultation and get the procedure done in the same week! The staff is super kind and caring, and the surgeon was also great. Very kind and walked me through every step of the procedure. Day one and I can see 20/20 already, and it’s only going to improve! Nothing but great remarks. They are very fast too! Waiting times are quick, and I’m very happy.
Amazing environment everyone is super nice and helps take the stress of surgery and melt it away with positive vibes and kindness. Super excited that I wont need to wear my contacts anymore
