This store doesn't check people for face masks. A couple came in without face masks. When I asked an employee why she didn't know. There are signs on the front door saying everyone has to wear them. Also, I've supposedly been a rewards member for a few years but have never gotten a reward. I've expressed my concern about this many times but they never seem to care.Their prices are too high. We used to buy a lot here but there is a new rule that only one item per receipt can be returned. I have all kinds of allergies. That rule doesn't work for nor is it fair to me. We don't buy much here anymore.

I was so sad to see Nature’s Pantry get sold. We knew the owners and loved them. After giving Natural Grocers a chance I am pleased to say they do a great job!! We partner with them with our race company and they provide great stuff for our runners. Also this location is perfectly located next to Little Blue Trace Trail. The parking lot is big and easy to get in and out of even when it’s busy.

In spite of the name change, I still think of this store as Nature's Pantry after shopping here for so many years. My husband and I appreciate the variety of healthy options that we aren't able to find anywhere else locally. Thank you Natural Grocers!

Not easy to find help in the evening hours. They could never find me in their systems. Delicious juices
