I was very happy with our campsite,and our camp hosts. The bathrooms were well maintained, the grounds very clean. I would go again.

Site 14 wasn't level. It took some time to get travel trailer level. Nice fire ring and cooking grates. Enjoyed fishing in the Outlet Channel. It only cost 8 to camp one night with golden age pass. There are nice trails on the east side of the channel. The restrooms where clean. Nice plaground for kids. Nice basketball court with ball supplied.

Very quiet, spacious, and well maintained campground with a friendly, helpful camp host. No streetlights so it's a perfect place for star watching. Spotty cell phone reception and no TV reception, if that matters to you. The campground is also surrounded by the best stand of 6 to 8 foot high prairie grasses I've seen. The campground is run by the Corp of Engineers so there is no day use fee.
