Nope. Will never do business with them again. After they \fixed\ my laptop, it was broken worse than when i took it in, literally broken. Had to pay another company 100 to fix it. Then, they had my desktop for almost 2 months and didn't fix it (hard drive). so, I also had to take it somewhere else. There's a new place here in Indy that does fantastic, and quick, professional work. They now have my business.
Small shop with owner responsive to customer's needs. Decent prices for rebuilt systems to fit needs. Owner will even check out a system from online marketplace and whether the system is worth purchasing.
He has fair prices compair to other repair shops
I was really hoping that Nick wasn't a fraud but it seems that he is. Please as a mother any women going to this man's 3 stores, he will rip you off , he will scam you, he will sell you faulty items that will indeed need to be fixed in which gets him more money and don't even try to get your money back, he will never give anyone a refund even when he lies and says it's guaranteed he will find a reason to make it your fault. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT BELIEVE HIS 5 STAR REVIEWS, THEY ARE HIS FRIENDS/FAMILY OR EMPLOYEES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
