We have used the Stitchin' Post for 10 years for various professional repairs: jacket re-lining, jean tear/rip's, pool table cover re-stitching, and assorted dress and pant alterations. Their team is always friendly, helpful, and caring along with reasonable pricing and scheduling. Excellent customer service!!!

Upon arrival i was told there was an upfront fee of almost 50%. I had called in advance regarding fees and this was not mentioned, only the 13 ea to hem pairs of jeans. The upfront payment was waived as should be and i left the pants to be altered with an expectation date. The expectation date was not met by several days which was not a problem under the circumstances but should be noted for future customers. Once the service was completed upon retrieving them i was told there was an additional 3% fee for using my debit Visa card, again not previously mentioned and unheard of to me.
