WOW!\ Does not do this place justice! We drove in from out of state to trade in our travel trailer for a new one and the process was absolutely seamless. We were greeted by the nicest lady at the front desk which for the life of me I am drawing a blank on her name but I'll never forget that she treated us like royalty. Rich was such a great guy even came in on his day off to meet us and ensure that everything went perfectly. Nate streamlined the financing and paperwork making the whole process smooth as butter. Jake handled getting our new camper ready and was a tremendous help even installed some after market products for us without any fuss and ensured that the camper was perfect. The great part was that everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly even if they had nothing to do with our sale. I have bought 3 RV's in the last ten years and each time I dreaded the buying process because each experience has been a complete shi* show! This was the first time where we were treated with wholehearted kindness and genuine concern, it is also the first time I have been able to write a 5 star review. Don't go anywhere else these guys and gals are fantastic! Thank you all so much for the great experience! Management should be proud!

We have bought a few campers over the last few years and this was definitely one of the easiest processes from start to finish. My wife contacted the dealer to ask some questions since we lived 3 hours away. The salesman sent her the information she was after right away. We drove up looked at this camper plus a few other locations. Went home and figured out what we wanted. To fully appreciate the service Unlimited provides I need to tell you about the other dealer we were shopping. Camping World in Grain Valley had the only other camper we were considering. After talking to a salesman at Grain Valley they told us they are running low on campers and if you aren't willing to pay the price on the tag too bad. Unlimited RV was a much more professional and customer focused experience. We negotiated a price over the phone. Went up a week later, paid for the camper and then we were paired up with Slim. Slim did an excellent job answering the questions that we did have in the specifics of the unit. When we were getting ready to leave he noticed something that wasn't quite right with our hitch setup. He insisted that we let him fix it because he wouldn't be happy if we left with something he felt was unsafe. When asked how much to add the part and he said there would be no charge. Slim is a great guy and a good enough reason for us to drive 3 hours when we are ready for another camper.

Just picked up a new Shadow Cruiser. The entire experience was very positive. The whole crew doing prep, especially Brent, were very helpful and accommodating. Rich, our salesperson, did an outstanding job for us. We saw this unit online and contacted Rich. He did a great job facilitating this long-distance purchase and kept in touch before and after the transaction. We would look at Unlimited RV first if we purchase a different RV in the future.
