Visited the store at 6:30pm and it looks CLOSED. The lights in the front of the store are turned off, there is no visible staff, and the left door is already locked. When I first checked I thought the store was closed but I tried the other door and it opened. After coming in I stood there alone for a bit before Keith came out from the back room. He pointed me in the direction of the cases I was looking for and then took a seat. We commented that it was so quiet in there and he explained that he turned the music off. He was no help, and I felt like I was bothering him by being in the store. I mentioned that I need to look at screen protectors and he failed to sell me on one so I decided I’ll just order online from somewhere else. If I was the owner of this store I would be wondering why we are so slow and not making much money.... it’s because you look closed and your employees aren’t “selling” they are clerking.

Josh was so helpful with me when I brought in my new iPhone 12 Pro to get activated. I had attempted to do it online myself using the instructions from Apple and it was a disaster. He made it quick and easy and I will definitely come back with any future iPhone issues!

Jacob was AMAZING! We came in for a phone for my father but, I husband ended up upgrading his phone as well. Jacob was up to speed on both our choices; an android and an iPhone. He was really patient and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Jacob! His customer service was the best!!!!
