When I called Westar in Independence, Ks with a problem\u200b with the line coming to the house, they had a serviceman here in Cherryvale in less than 30 minutes. Can't complain about that. Westar is more reliable then any other electric service I have dealt with in my lifetime, which has been about 6 or 7.

Got kids got my electric all paid up on second day of no electric would take them 10 minutes to fix still a noshow feel like we are all in westar electric prison here in independence with their constant increasing prices
So tired of having our power go to single phase or out altogether.
