They are awesome at the STORE. Calling tech for issues is horrible they dont gave any idea what they are doing even spoke to a so called manager. She was worse then the agent. I decided to take my modem in an exchange it to see if that was the issue. It was but everyone at the store was professional and so nice. Made it reassuring for me to stay with Xfinity. It was my modem. The new one solved my issues. Tech support needs to listen. How else do you think your suppose to help someone. Reading a script that doesn't make sense for what I need help for. Common sense.

If you want to enjoy not having any internet at all. Comcast is the one for you! Since my internet was hooked up three days ago, I have enjoyed about a couple of hours of Internet. The automated service does not recognize me, my address or phone number and says that I do not have an account. Just getting to talk to someone can take hours. I've already lost a 200 in lost work because I work from home. They have no interest in helping me or compensating me unfortunately. I'm at a loss as to what to do except to open a better business Bureau complaint

We had a gentleman named Jason come out to service our equipment. Not only did he arrive on time, he was very cordial and respectful. Very friendly and professional. A bit of a grabber but honestly it made us at ease at having him in our home. Made him more human. He was very knowledgeable and fixed our issues and all our concerns with the product. Thank you Jason for your time and effort, it was much appreciated.

The most hated corporation in America strikes again. No only are they taking appointments (I didn't know) but THEIR INTERNET went down and they cannot process any transactions.

Though I don't like that this location does not have a phone number to call. When I showed up Ted took care of me. Helped me modify my bill and showed me the changes to create transparency. The store was clean and well organized. Nice work management and staff. I'll be coming back to purchase your phone plan.
