We joined the boat club about 6 months ago and have really enjoyed our time as members. The entire 321 Boat Club team are very friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to educate you and answer all of your questions. The most important thing I look for in an organization is good communication and I've never been let down by the 321 Boat Club team. If I need to change a reservation, or ask about the weather they're always happy to answer my calls and texts. One time when we had something come up and I text to cancel our reservation since we couldn't make it before the team normally heads home, they called back trying to convince me to come in still even though it meant they would have to stay late! The boats are great, they're well maintained and clean, you can't ask for much more than that. If you're on the fence about joining, don't be, you won't regret it!

Had an incredible time renting a boat from them. Very family oriented and really professional. We did run into an issue on July 4th with not having a 2 person inner tube, but they made it right and we were able to quickly pick one up when it was available. Had the best July 4th with their accommodations and they have an amazing staff. Thanks again!

Excellent place. Great staff. Give us advice on where to visit. We started the day with tubing. Then we headed off to an island. Saw lots of dolphins. Finished the day with tubing again.
We had so much fun boating with 321! Steve and the team were unbelievably helpful. They recommended that we boat across the lagoon to a restaurant on the water. The food was good and the kids loved sitting by the ocean. On our way back, we saw dolphins playing in the water in an area Steve had told us was safe for swimming. We jumped in the water and had a great time swimming around while they played near us. We would definitely recommend 321 to any other group looking to have some fun on the water. By the way, we have very little boating experience and they made sure we felt safe and comfortable operating the boat before sending us out, which was very appreciated. They really go above and beyond here.
