Full on disaster. Thought it would be easy to have Bob's put training wheels on our kids' bikes and it became a huge cluster****. First they didn't have the parts so we bought them and brought them in. Was told it would be 15 per bike to put the wheels on. Yet it was 60 when I picked them up. Apparently they rebuilt the axelrod and that was 35...it was a brand new bike that wasn't expensive. I would have said not to do it had anyone called me to get the work approved. Unhappily I paid the money for the bikes...got home and one of the training wheels fell off! Brought it back, they fixed it again and guess what? The wheel bent backwards! Called to complain and see what could be done and nothing. The worst part is that we got the training wheels for our young son to rebuild his confidence after breaking his femur/leg. He literally fell off the bike thanks to the shoddy work done. No one ever called, no refund ever offered. It was a really bad experience, not what I expected at all.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I’ve brought each of my daughters bmx bikes there to get help with them. First time we needed a new brake assembly. Second time was help getting the crank off and I to our new frame. They were quick to help and extremely kind. They asked questions about each of my daughters races and how they’re doing. I will definitely go there for future needs and recommend them to everyone. Friendliest staff I’ve ever dealt with.

They have a great selection of bikes and took the time to make sure I found a bike that met my needs. After choosing the bike they made sure everything was perfect with my selection before I took it home. They have an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and obviously love what they do. I honestly feel like I bought not only the bike but also gained entry into a family that will keep it well maintained. Bravo!

After purchasing a trike on amazon from China with terrible instructions and a chain to short and a seat falling off, as the bolts were so bad. After being totally frustrated with the seller. I took it in and the guys had to cut the seat bolts off, put a new bolt in and fix the chain.. these guys did a great job.. definitely use them again..
