Great time on the river. Tubes worked great and the cooler came in handy. The cooler is more of a mini raft that you can strap to your tube. Had to wipe down my tube since it was muddy. Overall great experience.

had a reservation for tubing on a nice sunny day. they told us at the start that if we have any problems to call the number on the back of the lifejacket. within 10 minutes of being on the river, we discovered that they had given one of us a tube with a hole in it and it was deflating. there was no cell service the entire way down the river and no way to contact anybody. the negligence of these people is insane. by the time we got to the end the tube was completely deflated and caused that person to get seriously beaten up and bruised on the rapids due to the deflating tube. never even mind the fact that a deflating tube can’t support a person and ran a dangerous risk of sinking the entire time. after explaining what happens to the workers at the end, all they said was “it happens sometimes.” it sometimes happens that you put people in a dangerous situation and don’t even offer and explanation or apology of some sort??? if you have any regard for your own personal safety, do NOT book with this place.

Very disappointed with their “customer service”. We had a reservation for June, but had to reschedule twice as it was thunder storming. The rescheduled date was set for today, 8/1/2020, as it’s my daughter’s birthday. When I spoke with the representative, I asked if we were all set, and she said, “Yes, all set”. We were not told to expect a confirmation, but apparently we should have. We called today while on our way there, and were told that there was no reservation under our name and that there were no boats left, and asked if we were sure we called to reschedule?! Obviously, whoever we spoke with last did not go through all the steps; and si morale of the story, make sure you have a confirmation, even they don’t mention it. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else, with better customer service.

It’s not even canoe place ! There’s nothing to do ! And price for just being in a boat for person too expensive! I was expecting more fun like real canoe with real river ! So do not waste your time ;(

Worst experience of my life, definitely not recommended, I went “white water rafting” more like 5 hours of paddiling with labor and complaining.
