Truly enjoyed the stay for a week at SandCastle 1, Unit 808. The unit was very clearly, nicely decorated for the beach setting. Well furnished in the bedrooms and living room area. Kitchen had everything needed including a coffee pot. The Plumlee representatives were very accommodating and helpful. Easy check-in process. I had one issue with lock not working and contacting them and immediately resolved the problem remotely. The location was terrific, right on the beach so took plenty of walks along the water. But also plenty of food and activities within walking distance or a very short drive. We were very pleased with the unit and feel it was a terrific value. Next time we travel to that area we will start looking here.

We always stay with Plumee when we come to the island. Some condos are better than others but they all have their little perks. Sand Castle 2 is nice this visit. Love the convenience of caddy’s across the street. Other times we’ve stayed at a few different places. holiday villas 3 the first visit & enjoyed it so much we have come back several times .. we love the round the clock service - they are there for you if you need them. The staff is always extremely kind. Some of the condos are old and have issues but they are quick to fix them. We love that they offer a return discount. We love that we can visit with a beachfront view and enjoy the sounds of the ocean first thing in the morning. We even stayed through a hurricane once. Plumees did an excellent job at keeping us informed and safe. Love this company. They make relaxing on the beach even better than you thought it would be. Thank you

Excellent location and price!! Island Retreat is the best location on the beach we’ve found yet! The condo was dated, but it served our needs just fine. The kitchen had all we needed; my only complaint is that there were no coffee filters. We picked up groceries on the way in, so I had to make a second trip out. Plumlee, a gold/reusable filter would be a great addition. Washer and dryer worked well and we’re very handy. We walked to restaurants easily and cooked and ate on the patio the other nights. Overall, it was quiet and the other tenants were friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo and location are beautiful, but the amenities stink. The dryer looks like something that was dragged from the dumps ... all rusted out. Maintenance makes you wait till next day for tv or internet issues. No fans in windowless bathrooms ... we're talking code violations here!
