Not open when I had my wish package shipped and I visited the store the day it was there and it was closed and they never contacted me back about it. I visited all the other days and they were still closed and the sign said “I will be back before 4”. Still closed. I had to pay extra because an item I really wanted was shipped back and I waited 2 months for that package. Thanks a lot. I know never to have a package shipped here now.

We gave Lisa, the owner, 3 items to embroider a couple weeks ago. We have called her repeated times and sent a letter asking for items to be returned (finished or not). We have received no call back or contact. The business is closed every time we go by. We want our stuff back. Would not recommend this business right now.

Lisa with Outsider Creations is awesome!! We get all of our company apparel made with her and she even custom made our welcome mat. The time she spends getting things right makes me feel very appreciated and honestly she’s not charging enough. This place will treat you right!

Lisa is absolutely amazing. I was in a pinch and I needed a bunch of shirts for my crew for a large project and she was able to deliver on virtually no notice and at a reasonable price! Highly recommend!
