If you can get a driver to show up,( which 90% of the time, they don't) it won't be on time. Also, be prepared for them to drive badly, have a dirty transport and have the driver talk and curse on their phone while you're in the vehicle. If you like those kind of things.....this rides for you. If not, I suggest filing a grievance with your provider to have them excluded off the list of available companies. I don't know how Anthem keeps assigning them transports. They are a joke!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Never make it to appointments on time when using this company. I owe 153 in late cancelation fees now due to the owner lying about being able to fulfill his professional obligation. The last time I rode with this company, the owner was on the phone with someone talking about having sex with a woman. I asked to not be placed with his company again. Apparently he is going around working under multiple company names. The van is filthy. After showing up 45 mins after the scheduled pick up, he drove like a maniac and was still 20 minutes late to my appointment so they refused to see me, after I waited six weeks for this appointment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I’m an EMT with a private ambulance service and while picking up a patient this morning I had the misfortune of meeting one of their wheelchair van drivers. First, he ordered us not to park under the designated awning for ambulances as we might be in HIS way, and after we parked off to the side (out of courtesy and not obligation as our emergency vehicle takes precendence over his) he proceeded to follow us inside screaming and demanding we move even further away. Even as we were moving our patient onto the stretcher he was threatening to remove the key from our ambulance so we would not be able to move at all and transport our patient. We informed him doing so would be a felony, which only prompted more screaming. Eventually nurses from the facility had to remove him. Yet when I tried to call this company to file a complaint, the man I spoke to refused to forward me to a supervisor or even give me a name before he hung up on me repeatedly.

Though the owner can be polite and tried to accommodate; my family member never made it to standing appointments on time, one instance they left his medical equipment in the van and drove off before anyone could help him inside. I requested a specific driver in hopes of a better experience, even after confirmation, a different driver showed up and failed to idenrify himself. I ended up leaving work twice to provide transportation myself. The drivers lack courtesy, respect, and promptness. Clearly working with the disabled is not a line of work they ought to be in.
