At first, Aspire was a great resource and I really enjoyed my experience. In the last two years, however, service has been appalling. I can never speak with a real person when I have questions or need to schedule/reschedule appointments so therefore I leave messages and those are never responded to either. Whenever I request refills on prescriptions it takes days for them to follow through and then I’m often sent the wrong dose or medication. I’ve had to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be called back on multiple occasions. One time I checked in for my appointment, waited for 45 minutes, asked the front desk, and was then told that my doctor wasn’t even in that day. At one point I saw a nurse practitioner instead of my regular doctor and when she saw on my chart that I have depression, she lectured me for an hour about how I should start going to church because it would cure my depression. It’s truly astounding how unprofessional they are and I’ve never had a worse experience with any medical offices. I’m currently looking for somewhere else to go and I will never go back.

I had Aspire come to my home for about six months. I had just gotten out of the hospital again and the next day my nurse practitioner brought a rep from Hospice with her. my nurse practitioner proceeded to tell me that I was dying and it was time for Hospice. I was shocked beyond belief. I was 67 years old and did have health problems, but in no way did i think i was dying. I told her I thought doctors were the ones to make that decision and she said she had the authority too. My husband came in and was devistated. But all the while the Hospice rep was tag teaming with the nurse practitioner. They convinced me to sign the Hospice papers. But my husband said no. The rep called us on Monday and he told her not to ever come back. I didnt have Aspire again either. I wonder how many patients they do that to that die.. I wonder how much of a bonus the N.P. got for every patient that died at her hands...I did not give them three stars! It was no stars and I cant edit them out!!

Very unprofessional. No one is there to answer and questions you have no matter what the situation is. Have been left without my prescriptions for two weeks at a time. Can never talk to anyone directly. Please reconsider going to this office or any aspire Indiana. Saying it’s wrong is an understatement

I work with a team at Aspire that works so hard for me was nd vice versa. I actually have hope after decades of suffering.
