This company sold travel medical policies that they later amended to deny coverage for COVID19 medical claims. They even went so far as to delay responding to policy holders for 5 days for said amendment to get in place. This has left policy holders in hospital in a foreign country with no coverage. Be extremely wary if you are planning to rely on them for coverage of medical care.

They will try everything they can to rob you off. I should have read the other comments before so that I don’t have to end up being here and make this comment. They will make the claim process complicated enough so you never get your money back. How smart.

Like many of the one star reviews here, stay away from Azimuth Risk Solutions. They deny all claims. It doesn't matter if they say they are proud of their happy customers around the world. I recently returned from the field and was one of them. Stay away! They are the worst insurance company and have the worst lead time on their responses. No do not use them. Go elsewhere. Update: Their response to this review 10 months later is an example of why to stay away from them. We responded to their inquiries. Don't use them.

Stay away from this company. This is a scam, they claim they pay pre-existing conditions when you buy it but then when you use it they claim that they don't cover pre-existing conditions that are 730 days prior to the emergency. So basically they don't cover pre-existing conditions.!!! So if you are planning on buying because of that just stay away and buy other travel insurance. Terrible just terrible. I read the reviews but went ahead an bought it, and now I have a bill for 21,500 to pay. People do yourself a favor an believe in the reviews

This insurance company is scam. Never buy insurance from this company. They will deny your claim for no reason and will tag that as Pre-Existing condition. Just for example person got heart attack and reason they denied was it is pre-existing because he is taking blood pressure medicine. Every agent in this company will give you different reason for denial. DON'T BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY....
