Great customer service. The technicians are always on time and very friendly. They explain what they are going to do and spend time doing it throughly. I would recommend Hawx Pest control to anyone who wants a reliable company.
I am not happy with this company or the service at all. The phone service is awful. It is really hard to get anyone on the phone. You get transferred around person to person and then hung up on. Today I called again to cancel my service and am told that I will be charged a 170 cancelation fee. Also I have had issues with the treatments even working. DO NOT PAY extra for the mosquito treatment.... it does not work.
Please ask your drivers not to park illegally.
