Really cool place which my daughter and I found in accident. Don’t let the surrounding area keep you away. The food was good and the staff was very friendly. As per the norm as we visited during a slow time of the day, some of the food on the buffet was less than fresh, the staff was insistent that whatever we wanted would be made fresh and brought to us. Loved the hot pot!

Hot Pot was mouthwatering good. The soup base options were perfect. I got the duo option with hot spicy soup base, and the pickled cabbage as my other. The bases themselves were delicious so naturally adding more goodness to it was everything. The vegetables were fresh and crisp and the fish and meats were great. The amount of different ingredients you can choose from for your individual taste is perfect. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and the service.[Suggestion: If you like garlic, make sure to add the garlic sauce to your hot pot, takes it to another level] Quite surprised a place like this is in Indy, but very grateful.

Hands down my absolutely favorite restaurant in all of Indianapolis. Nothing is more fun than sitting around a boiling broth, making your own food and having amazing conversations with family and friends. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Bridge The Gap

It was our 1st time and it was a great experience. The broth was amazing and they had a condiment area with every flavor you could imagine. All of the meat, veggies and noodles were fresh. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars was I had to ask a patron what I was supposed to do despite telling the server we were 1st timers. Its approximately 30/person for all you can eat hot pot and sushi buffet. Think of melting pot on a budget. Worth every dollar.

My photos don’t do the establishment justice. This Indianapolis location is huge compared to the Bloomington Location! Great for social distancing. Lots of broths to start off with, and they will refill your soup as levels get low. Dunk your meats in there, and it’s ready to eat when it boils! I got the hot spicy broth, and even though I can tolerate extra spicy stuffs, hot spicy soup may be a bit much for a first timer for Hotpot! Just a tiny warning Try out the sauces on the upper floor! Enjoy!

The service was rude. We go there and eat without them telling the rules first. When we order, we ordered 2 hot pot for 3 people. That guy just walk up and says “1 hot pot is only for 1 person, since three people is eating, you’ll have to pay for 3 hot pots.” We accepted it and keep eating saying we’ll pay for three portions, we didn’t order another hot pot because we’re sure that we’ll not finish all, because on the menu, it says they’ll charge us money if we waste food. He keeps on walking around and stop at our table again saying the same thing when we already say we want to eat 2 portions and will pay for three. It’s not like we’re not gonna pay. We eat there, we’re not gonna just left off. He talked loudly to his customers and was being very rude, and mean. Not going there again. Have never seen a rude service like that in my life.

Great place, fast service, great customer service. Just was a little confused about how it all worked when we got in there. Because there is an all you can eat buffet and a place to sit down and order. We didn't know this at first and were very discombobulated. But, once we figured it out it was great from there.
