I first used IHF services several months ago to refinish the original red oak hardwood floors and staircase in my 102-year old historic home that we recently purchased. The crew also replaced quite a bit of damaged flooring in three separate areas left by the previous owners of the house. The service that we experienced was superb from start to finish. The quality of both the hardwood flooring repairs, as well as the refinishing, was unparalleled. We also thought that the price for our relatively complex project was superior for the end product that IHF delivered. Justin, the owner, was also superior in relaying information about the whole process, and made sure that we were aware of the few changes that were needed in the work order to complete the project. Since our results and customer service were phenomenal, we are again utilizing IHF's services to refinish and repair the original trim, window and door casings, the built-ins, and installing new quarter-round trim on the baseboards in the living room. I will be calling IHF again in the very near future to finish the rest of the trim and the hardwood flooring on the second level of our home. I have already recommended their services to several of my friends and coworkers, and would not hesitate in the least to recommend IHF to anybody else.
Scheduled an appointment with these guys. Never showed up. Never called. Never returned later calls.
