Had a dryer that won't not start. Would run if you held the button. Tried to fix it myself using the parts suggested by the appliance parts store. Replaced parts did not resolve issue. The lady from Indy Appliance Repair called to tell me that the Tech that was scheduled to come out said that the problem was the motor. And, she wanted to let me know a new motor was expensive. Told her that I had replaced the motor already. She said that I did not tell them that. Not sure what difference that makes. I just wanted them to come out and get my dryer working. If the new motor was bad, so be it. I would still have them fix it. Told her that I wanted them to fix it. Said said that they would not work on it after I had worked on it. They said that I may have shorted something out when I replaced the motor. Even though my dryer has the same problem as it did before I did anything. So, I did not short anything out. This place is a joke! Can not believe they didn't want my business. I would have gladly replaced the motor if it got my dryer working.

I called Indy Appliance Repair on Monday 10/5/2020 they scheduled a technician to come out Tuesday 10/6/2020 between 4:00 and 7:00 pm the technician called me at 4:00 and said this is Chris and I will be there in about 15 minutes and he did . I took Chris to the dryer he had it fixed in no time heating element and new dryer vent. Chris also told me my vents going from my dryer to outside was very clogged and that it was a big fire hazzard and gave me the name of a very reliable vent cleaner. So I give this Man Chris 5 stars very professional and polite I would recommend Indy Appliance Repair to anybody Thanks again Chris awesome job..... .....

Saw this company posted in my neighborhood fb group. Our fridge is not staying cold so before we start looking into switching fridges I wanted to see if this one could be fix. Called and the lady said it would be 180 for item. My husband who bern in heating and cooling said those are maybe 80 at most and she told us well you need to add in labor. Im all for paying for labor but not 100. I now see these reviews and it seems to me the techs need to answer these call and not this lady as she is lossing the company money
Chris was friendly, professional, and punctual. He called us when he was on his way. Our repair didn’t require any parts and he didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. We will definitely call him again in the future.
