We went to indy Urban Hardwood Company today and bought a 9.25 ft beautiful walnut slab for 480!!! The prices here are amazing and the selection has to be the best in Indianapolis, it is the best I have seen. The guys there are very helpful and cut the slab where I needed so that I could fit the two pieces into my SUV. Great prices and great service.
My dad does beautiful woodworking. As a birthday present, I wanted to surprise him with some live edge wood for projects -- but I don't know that much about what's best. The guys at Indy Urban Hardwood picked out a selection of awesome slabs within a budget I gave them, and then a few months later, I got some gorgeous shelves as a present! Wow, the gift that keeps on giving ;). Gorgeous stuff available here, and thankful for the help from the staff.
Brian is top notch! He's knowledgable about his craft, creates beautiful pieces and goes above and beyond. He will do whatever he can to help you create your vision, guide you through the process and make suggestions along the way. He's helped us with custom orders for festivals, specific orders for corporate clients and smaller more personal orders for family/friends. If you're looking for custom design and great service, you've found it!
I was looking for gifts to give our clients and friends and spoke with Brian. He was very helpful in working with my price point and figuring out what was best for our needs. 2 weeks later we had over 50 cutting boards with our logo on them to give as holiday gifts to our clients and friends that had a story behind it. Loved the process and experience.
