I had a 6:15 pickup time for an appointment 1hr and 30mins away, I called at 6:00 to make sure they were coming to the right location, then the agent on the line instructed me to call back at 6:30 if they weren't there. I called my insurance transportation line back because they had never showed up, mind you I have been outside waiting since 5:45 and looked the company up so I could give them a call myself, which they did not answer for me, and they said that they were already here and would do everything they could do to get me to my appointment before they close. I can't wait to go at the time they close because I have class at 1, hence why I made the appointment so early. They said they called me when they were outside but I never saw them and I never got a call. Not a good way to start my day at all.

Doesn't show up for appointments. Extremely unprofessional via phone. Isn't there just ONE medical transportation company that can do this job??? Do you NOT know how to communicate??? Such a disappointment.

Will Hopefully Alway's Use this Company! They Are a Family Owned Business & All So Friendly & Helpful. I used to not use my Insurance transportation Until they sent this Company! Now I request them. And I feel So Comfortable & Safe with them.

their driver was driving dangerously. Weaving in and out of traffic. passing semis in the slow lane who wouldn't get over fast enough. Traffic was heavy on i-70 so you had to wait for semis passing each other. Guess this guy developed some road rage. Passed me doing at least 15 over then slowed down 10 miles so he was going slower than me to give me a taste of my medicine? Because I wouldn't dangerously pass semis from slow lane?

This is the 2nd time missing an appointment Because they ran behind, pick up was 830, didn't get here till after 11, Dr office closes @ noon, no exceptions, an hour drive missed appointment
