update: after see my review and new GM Doug call me personally and listening to my purchasing experience. He then came up with a solution my tire rotation issue, which I agree would work for me. Greatly appreciate his willingness to reach out and provide a solution. purchased used vehicle. Jose and Steve were great. 5 stars that night no follow up since! after purchase tried several times to contact the sales manager with no success. his mailbox was full!? one star! long story short I was trying to make him aware the acting sales manager the night I purchased almost cost them a sale would put new front tires on which we all knew needed replaced then after the salesman and I agreed to tire rotation he shot it down!! 15 tire rotation and was willing to lose the sale! One star for him as well!

Future Car buyers please consider Napleton Kia of Carmel. I was intrigued by an online special price and was met by my salesman Cory. He was friendly, polite and attentive. I explained to him I work for a dealer myself so I know how the process works and will try to make this as seamless of an experience for us both. He listened intently, and asked the right questions to get me into the vehicle I desired. The negotiation process was beyond fair and was quick. What customers should keep in mind is that in this day and age of car buying most *all* dealerships are adding special packages to their NEW vehicles (I.e.paint protection and other value add products) which is additional to the “sticker price”. This is not a “trick” to get you into the dealership to spend more money....it is an attempt to help preserve the quality of your new purchase. Please don’t let this reason be the one you don’t buy. That all being said, I was able to “ring the llama” which was a cute idea - only waited around 20 minutes total to speak to finance and finalize the deal. My car was cleaned perfectly and I drove off in *exactly what I wanted. Overall, I was pleased with Cory, Ashley and Victor. Thank you for getting me into my dream car! His name is Kalani!

Alejandro Noyola was phenomenal! Down to earth and worked to get me the best deal without the normal “pushy car salesman” persona. My boyfriend I both got new cars last week with the amazing help of Beatriz and Patrick! First off, Beatriz was so friendly and straight to the point which I love. She was transparent with everything and never steered me a wrong way. She knew what she was talking about when it came to the cars and made the process extremely smooth and enjoyable!!
