At first everyone was nice and was getting the things done to get the new electric wheelchair.but the salesman didn't listen to me about what I wanted. The wheelchair is too big and too high. I have a bad knee and getting into the chair is painful because I have to climb into the electric wheelchair.They obviously just gave me the most expensive chair. I use the chair but it is painful to climb into. If I could've gave a negative star I would've .

Patrick was amazing. We had a year wait for new chair due to neurologist not completing adequate visit notes but one sorted NSM was speedy and very attentive to our son's needs. Thanks for great work!

If I could give it no stars I would. We have had so much trouble getting my daughters wheelchair this company. SO MUCH lack of communication it is not funny. The order was not placed correctly and we are now another 6 weeks out. And we started this process in Nov. Had to contact the dr office for them initially even. I am beyond frustrated and would not recommend this company again.

Hi it’s been 3 week I have noticed that the head of the wheelchair is not working because if I go outside about 3 times in the week then when I see it’s empty I need a new head for the wheelchair
