Haven't been to a haunted house in years- this was well done! Took about an hour to go through from the front door to the end. They got me a few times... very fun! They have a tarot card reader at the end which was interesting! If you haven't been, you should go!

We had a fairly long wait in line both to get a physical ticket after purchasing them online, and to enter the attractions. The experience inside was not worth the wait. Despite being a fairly easy scare, i was only startled, never frightened by the attractions. The actors outside the facility were lovely, however one of the actors between the attractions holding two live snakes was very unprofessional. He approached my group, and presented his snakes far too close to my face. I wound up bending backwards over the railing telling him no over and over. He continued to hold the snakes over my head, ignoring several other members of my group also requesting he stop and back off until someone tapped him on the shoulder to repeat themselves. At this point the actor said there was no touching and moved on. An actress in the hospital section is also tasked with jabbing people firmly with a pointed object that felt like a metal meat thermometer. She jabbed in the back upon entering and followed the group for a bit, crowding us in doorways and eventually jabbed myself and two of my friends in the neck. It felt dangerously close to my windpipe and did not in any way improve the experience. I honestly had more fun in the line outside with those actors than in the entire attraction and that amusement was soured by the wait. Don't waste the money. The building exterior is more creepy.

We went a week after halloween, and it was still amazing. The level of attention to detail and work which was put into this must have been astronomical. The atmosphere and aesthetic was the best of any haunted house location we went to this year and we went to almost all of them. Kudos to these professionals who went above and beyond, this was a fantastic experience for me and my wife both.
