Soooo pleased with this location of Numotion. I was dealing with the Fort Wayne location when I received my current wheelchair in late November of 2018. The chair was a total piece of #*#. The Fort Wayne location did nothing to correct problems. I came to the Indianapolis location in mid May and within 15 minutes the tech had one of the worst problems fixed. I was amazed. All the other issues are being addressed but because of Fort Wayne's screw-ups it's taking time but it's being done. Would highly recommend the Indianapolis Numotion. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, seem to enjoy their work. So far I am very pleased and I believe it will continue.

They were very helpful in my time of need. And they were able to give me a replacement battery charger in an emergency situation when my died overnight. So I to judge my chair and made in my independence.

This place is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. They claim they can come to your house but never seem to want to. It’s an hour trip from my house and each time they take three hours to do a simple job. During my last experience they made me wait 3 hours and didn’t even test the chair. I came home to a flat tire and it hasn’t been fixed since. I waited 8 months for what I thought was going to be brand new wheels only to deal with this a week before we move out of state.

While Numotion managed to get a nice mobility scooter for my mother-in-law, the process took 7 months. They promised her delivery within 6 weeks, and we made plans based on that. Paperwork had to be done multiple times. It was \lost.\ Then it wasn't worded properly. A new form came out that had to be signed by the doctor. I think she made 3 trips, and paid for 3 office visits, to her her doctor just to get paperwork filled out. The scooter is very nice. They also did a great job of explaining it, but something needs to change in their offices.
