Firstly, if I could rate less than a star I would. After sending multiple emails, calling multiple times, and leaving voicemails I have never been able to get directly ahold of the person handling my application. She is either at lunch or out of the office every time I call. This week, I have still not received a phone call or email back - but was made aware that the last update was still the same. I have worked for the last nearly 7 years for this career and for me to not have my license or be able to reach anyone is extremely unprofessional. I don’t understand how a professional license agency can be so unprofessional and incompetent in their work. After reading through several reviews, I notice this is a common occurrence for multiple people. This is just completely unacceptable. If anyone has an idea of how to file a true report or complaint, please point me in the right direction.

I love the people at PLS on Franklin & Washington Street. No matter who helps me they are always very nice and help me get in and out fast. Like Halee, when I’m at her window our conversations last longer than our business. She’s very nice and has a great attitude, just perfect for this type of work where I’m sure all of her customers aren’t the best to have to deal with. No matter what time I come in wether it’s 10:00am or 3:00am she’s always happy and personable. I hope they get paid as well as they do their job! Other PLS’s don’t compare. I hate to say that because I don’t want everyone to start coming here and back it up lol but if anyone can handle it it’s this place... Halee and her girls are holding it down 4real! HORRIBLE! Absolutely terrible experience! People working here are completely incompetent and rude. I had to submit my application 4 times and call every step of the way to make sure they were actually doing their job and it still took 2 months to get licensed. They constantly say they have not received things or are processing things and will do absolutely nothing with your application, it will sit there for weeks if you do not call every other day. Truly sad and disappointing that after all of the negative reviews the management does not bother to make any staff changes. When your employees are literally just there to collect a paycheck instead of helping clients and performing their job you have a SERIOUS issue. This agency is compromising the livelihoods of professionals in Indiana and is an embarrassment to the government that employs them. Please take these reviews seriously and make the necessary changes!
I have been waiting over a month for license now. Literally everyone here is useless as rocks. No one can give you a straight answer has to how long you have to wait. as far as I’m concerned they seem to be doing everything but their job.
If I could give less stars I would. I have never been spoken to so condescending & disrespectful from a business. I by accident clicked something in error when renewing my dental hygiene license. They requested documentation like a copy of my ID & birth certificate to fix it. After submitting this I waited & never heard anything back. It was less than a week before my license expired so I called them. The lady I spoke to was very rude & basically kept repeating \we'll get to it in the order in which it was received\... when I explained I could lose my job since I wouldn't be able to work the next week she repeated again the same thing stating that they have lots of documents to check & basically I'm SOL. No remorse, not helpful, rude, condescending... no compassion or will to help anyone.
