My story is too long to share however my rating and my recommendation for this dealership is exceptional. They listened to my concerns while apologizing for my experience of a different location which is obviously out of their hands. We were shown phenomenal customer service from start to finish. Of course, I recommend Devon to assist with a new purchase at this location. However, it starts with management and the GM made it a point to check on us during our process as well as congratulate us on our purchase. I look forward to sharing my experience with others!

We've bought 3 KIA automobiles from Ray Skillman. 1 on the south side and 2 from this location. Overall I've had a good experience there. A tad above the average car dealer. Service has been above average. Ron, in the service department, is a bright spot for sure. I'm definitely impressed by the KIA brand. My suggestion to all KIA dealers would be to step up to overall experience. I think it would be a good opportunity to win over undecided to give the brand a better impression. If you are interested in a KIA, I definitely would recommend checking out Ray Skillman Shadeland Ave.

I bought my 2018 10/2020 Kia Soul from Ray Skillman. I had been shopping at multiple dealership looking for the right vehicle before coming here. Greeted by this wonderful salesperson Kayla. I told her exactly what I wanted. I told her that I have been to other dealership Avon, Carmel and Fisher. Those dealership were pushing me into a vehicle that I didn't like. Very disappointed. I politely told her that if she didn't have what I was looking for, please not to waste her time or mine. Kayla asked me if I would give her some time to see what they had. Bingo! they had what I was looking for. There was no hassle or pressure from Kayla. I was so happy. Kayla takes great care of her customer! I had a great experience at this dealership. Everyone I came in to contact with was very friendly. My salesperson Julius was great and personable. Mike the finance guy was awesome too. Funny and personable. I am very happy I chose this dealership after visiting multiple over the past few weeks. The dog Oscar was a nice bonus also. I will be back!
