March 27, 2020 Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall (KIA) has changed my life completely! When I am there, all the staff makes you feel as though you are at home, and that you am one of their family members. Each time I visit this location, my experience goes to another level. As I am on my 3rd KIA Soul, I believed I rubbed off on my daughter as she have just purchased her 3rd KIA Soul. On the same day along with my daughter, I brought a new potential buyer in, Veteran Carl Macon. Acting as Mr. Macon's coach (laughter), Lorne (Manager), Bryan (Finance), Corey (Sales), Caitlin (Sales) began to tag team on both Cie Johnson and Carl Macon. This was such an emotional moment as Mr. Macon felt as though all hope was lost, but this staff was not having it. All that we saw was smiles and acts of encouragement on behalf of Mr. Macon, Ok, I am so overjoyed at the effort, the patience, the love, the inspiration and leadership that was shown to us.
