Everyone has a different experience and I have lived here for 3 years. When it come to maintenance, it's been quick responses from them. Just one thing, the floor that cracks at any steps specially at night with people under you. I can understand that is not so easy to fix and it is not a new building. I believe our time is up because the changes but It is a quiet place for me and I have found my peace here except few noisy. With all these reviews, I believe It will be a great place after the renovations being done. Looking for peace and calm, anyone can get it here. Good luck.

This is a horrible place to live and dont listen to these good reviews because im sure thats just the leasing office on different accounts. When first viewing all things were cool. Then i move into a ground level one bedroom. There was black mold in the cabinets, the walling was done very lackluster, the electrical went in and out and then it rained heavy and that apt. flooded, it was awful and i wanted to break my least right then and there and ivery well had all the evidence to do so but i spent my money moving to this crapfest so I demanded to be moved into an upgraded two bedroom for the same price as my one. BIG MISTAKE!!! this apt. is roach infested, the carpet was never nailed down, and when you call the apts, no one is ever there!! i have a huge phobia of mice and you guessed it, this place is rodent infested! The whole apt complex!!! you can see the traps around all the building!! I've never had rodents in my life until i moved here and when i complained, The manager (Tony), acted as if it was no big deal and only said he'll lay some traps (which he has yet to do) this was the biggest mistake ever. i will include so pics of just a FEW of the issues. The bread pics were when i first discovered the mice infestation, water lines constantly bust within the walls, there was just a big gaping whole behind the stove. I will also be contacting the health department. If your smart you will zoom right past this place
