I am the President and Founder of a non-profit organization – Unto Him Ministries – which involves utilizing a volunteer network to serve the needs of people in various ways throughout central Indiana. I was introduced to Eric Arnold last summer, when our ministry conducted a service project in downtown Indianapolis, titled “Love Thy Neighbor Day”, which served over 1,200 people. Very late in our preparation and planning for this event, I came up with the bright idea to have the event video recorded. I somewhat arbitrarily contacted Eric about taking on the assignment, the day before the event. Eric not only graciously accepted, he did a remarkable job of recording, editing, and producing an outstanding video that captured the impact and the spirit of what we accomplished that day. Since then I have used Eric and his team on 2 additional projects, and once again, they did not disappoint. Each time Eric did a remarkable job, going well above any reasonable expectation that I had going in. At this point, Eric has not only become a vital extension of our ministry, he has become a reliable resource and a personal friend. We hired Seguim-Arnold for a customer testimonial video production while we (based in California) were in Indy for an event. It was easy to schedule the shoot pretty last minute and work with Eric and his team, and the production quality was great. Fast turn-around as well. Highly recommended.
Our company (located in DC) needed a local video production company to film a customer testimonial for a client in Indianapolis. I loved working with Eric, he made everything so easy and efficient. The process was hassle-free and work was high quality. I contacted Eric a month before the date of the interview, gave him some examples of what I was looking for, and then on the day of (I traveled to Indianapolis), he was prompt and set up everything quickly, our client really enjoyed working with him too. After I came back to DC, he turned around an edited version of the footage right away and was super accommodating for all the edits we needed. This is an awesome company! Eric is so pleasant too :)
