Received yet another call from this \so-called\ company asking for personal information and claiming thay they have a medical debt from over 9 years that I need to pay. However they can't tell me anything else about the visit or what it was actually for. Every time they've called I've requested something to be sent in writing and it never has. With all the fraud going on these days, if this company is actually legit, you would think they would have better practices.

The associate I just talked to 2 minutes ago hung up on me, when I was asking questions about who they were. They called my number, and I answered because she was away and this woman was rude as hell!

FRAUD ALERT!!! IT TOOK TWO YEARS TO GET ANY KIND OF VALIDATION FROM THESE PEOPLE ONLY WHEN I EDUCATED MYSELF ON MORE LAWS. I SENT NOTARIZED DOCUMENTS WITH TRACKING # AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO PROVIDE MY DETAILED HEALTH RECORD OF A VISIT OF MY BILL THAT AT THE YEARS THEY HAVE 4 BILLS FROM WERE ALL PAID. I AM AS OF NOW REPORTING AND FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THE COMPANY. THEY NOW HAVE NO VALID ADDRESS!

Never trust a company that can't even tell you if they are a collection agency or not. They insist on my personal information without providing any information about themselves. I told them my personal information is a privilege that I don't owe them under such a situation. They were rude and nasty.

Company buys debt. however, they don't bother to verify the validity of the debt. They violate federal laws while attempting to collect. Had to sue to get their attention. It cost them.

this company is a scam they buy junk medical debt and then harass and threaten people to pay it don't waste your money paying them anything they lie and tell you it is illegal for them to do a pay for delete which is total bs they just want to punish people for getting sick
