They have such a great menu and it changes all the time which keeps things fresh and makes me excited for a new one that's coming up! So many good ones that are their classics and inventive different recipes occasionally to try. They have a rewards card. The staff is friendly and treat you like a regular even when it was my first time!

Great little \hole in the wall\ serving outstanding soups and sandwiches. The staff is friendly, the food is outstanding. There are no tables or seats here, it is to go only. At lunch there is a crowd, often out the door, but it doesn't take long to get through the line. Every bowl of soup comes with their amazing fresh baked rolls. Give them a try, you will be back again if you do.
The staff is friendly and recognize their favorite regulars. Their online ordering system is also very easy to use and has been on time, each time I've ordered. Go check out this amazing sandwich shop! Although I don't spend much time downtown nowadays, I'll still make the occasional drive to pick up lunch because it's just THAT good!
This sandwich joint is an Indianapolis gem. Subito is understated, no frills, no nonsense -- exactly what you want in a takeout lunch spot. And best of all: They serve chicken velvet soup here, the Indianapolis-famous creamy soup that originated at the L.S. Ayers Tea Room. But be advised: chicken velvet is not a staple on their menu, and they only serve it on certain days.
