3 stars is generous. I love that Torrid is becoming higher fashion for plus size people, but I have bought jeans at Meijer that have lasted years for 20. I spend 75 on a pair of jeans at Torrid, and they last me a summer. I'm very much over the high mark up. I've made a vow to spend less money with this company until they get a better quality product that will last me for years. Customer service is always good, selection is generally decent, and I never have a bad time in the store, but I am tired of spending thousands of dollars a year because my clothes fall apart.

They gave me my confidence back after having 2 kids and gaining a bunch of weight and only wearinf maternity clothes for the last 4 years. I will be back and i love this place.

I was looking for a free standing torrid to avoid walking through a mall but didn’t work out. Had a great experience, staff was very friendly and helpful.
