Your experience may vary depending on the business's workload, but my ticket was completed in a timely manner. He also accommodated me by burning extra copies of the DVD upon request. First off, I would recommend this service to anyone. Just received my mp4 files from VHS tapes that were 38 years old. Uploaded them to my OneDrive, and shared with the rest of my family. Now they are saved FOREVER. Family videos that were the first memories of my family. Very precious items. The rest of the family were hesitant to let someone else take these fragile tapes and help us, but he did a wonderful job. Obviously you can't super hd vhs tapes but the quality of video is way better than I expected. I'm almost kicking myself for not waiting for mother's day or a birthday to give out the videos, but you live and learn. Thanks again for allowing us to keep our memories.
