I found Industrial Automation online and completed the \Request a Quote\ section. They stated that I would have a quote in 3 minutes. Much to my amazement , I had a quote in the 3 minutes. When I called the number on the quote to order the parts I was pleasantly surprised to speak with a young lady who has clearly mastered customer service. I needed the parts over night and even though it was well after 4:30, Stefanie made it happen. I will undoubtedly order from and recommend this company to my colleagues in the future. Job well done!
