Our school district needed germicidal mix to be able to remain open at the beginning of the Covid situation and ICA came through with a recommended concentrate that smells great, works great and she was able to get me 10 cases fast. At the time, the stuff was pretty much liquid gold. The price was cheaper than I was finding elsewhere and the everything was great from start to finish. I am putting in another order today!

I think their prices are a bit high for the market. I've found several comparable products for far less at other suppliers. I understand the allure of buying from a local company, but not to pay an additional 30%-60%. You would probably be better served somewhere else. Great customer service though. If you think good customer service is worth 30%-60%, perhaps this is a store for you.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable from the second they answer the phone. I hate when I call a place and the person who answers has to go find someone - like a sales rep - because they have no idea how the business functions. With these guys you get knowledge and understanding of what is needed immediately. That they do floors is a given. That they do cement driveways, including the chemicals needed to clean them is a bonus. I recommend them to anyone who needs equipment and chemicals to clean and clear the “unknown enemy growth” that appears on patios and driveways.

Horrible service these girls are clueless as to what is needed and their equipment is garbage. After much frustration i decided to buy my own. Amanda thinks she is a slick salesman but i could see right through her and her sketchy ways! Do not shop here it's a waste of your time just go to Home Depot or Lowe's!
