Called to get info on oxygen tanks, asked if they were new and costs for smaller tank. The guy I spoke with would not give me a price and kept telling me that I would have to stop by in order for him to give me a price and was rude about it. I asked him if he couldn’t just give me a price over the phone and he outright said no....not sure what the issue was but with that type of service I will go elsewhere.

Ive been going to Industrial for several months giys are helpful and honest! I even left a high dollar pair of custom oakleys in the shop they were set aside for me.. Great thing to find in this day and age!! As well the help the working man on billing out supplies once they know ya. I highly recommend this welding/gas/material supply shop to any and evwryone!!

Very helpfull un bias people, I asked if they would charge me for just showing me how to use a torch kit and they said no charge, come on over
